We like to keep it simple.

We charge one month's rent for tenant placement and ten percent per month for management. That's it.

We can handle everything from getting the home rent-ready to late-night maintenance calls and turnovers.

Any repair over $250.00 gets your approval first. Tenants pay through our website, and we deposit your funds automatically each month.
